Pricing questions
Do we need a Claude or ChatGPT plan?
To use Threadfast from chat, yes: each person connects their own AI assistant, on a plan that allows custom connectors. Agents that run on a schedule or a trigger don't need anyone's plan.
What uses credits?
Agent runs, including the checks that score them, the tests you run on an agent and our help drafting one. A run that fails because of us costs nothing.
What happens when credits run out?
Agents pause and your admins are told. Add extra credits within a day and paused runs carry on where they stopped, or wait for next month's credits.
Can we change plans?
Yes, from Billing in the console. Moving up starts at once and charges the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down starts when the month ends.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your plan's monthly credits reset each month. Extra credits you buy last a year from the day you buy them.
Can we set it up ourselves?
Yes. Start the trial and you can build, connect and switch on agents without talking to us.
